Calendar Precision connects Codex to Google Calendar from a Mac. It preserves true all-day events, handles timed events with time zones, and lets you preview a change before applying it.

Understand how your data is used

All-day and timed events

Create or update date-only all-day events and timed events. Convert between them without creating a replacement event.

Calendar visibility and availability

Choose free or busy availability and set an event’s visibility. Read available calendars and search events within a date range.

Preview changes

Creation and updates default to a preview. A tool request must explicitly apply the change. Guest update emails are off by default.

Review the result

Applied changes are written to a local change log. An audit can flag midnight-to-midnight timed events for review; it does not convert them automatically.

You authorize Google Calendar access through Google. The integration runs locally, stores its authorization credentials in macOS Keychain, and returns requested calendar information to Codex.

Local execution does not mean all data stays on your Mac. Calendar details returned to Codex can be processed by the AI service. Local change logs can also contain event details.

The current authorization requests Google’s broad Calendar permission. The integration provides reading, creation, updates, and audits; it has no delete tool. Review the privacy policy for the permission’s scope, storage, and controls.

Calendar Precision is developed by Josh Levy for his personal use through Codex. This informational website has no calendar sign-in, event display, or calendar connection. The integration operates separately through Codex.
